Colonia del Sacramento.

The last days in Uruguay I spent in Colonia waiting for the boat to Buenos Aires.

Colonia del Sacramento is situated 180 km west of Montevideo, but only 50 km away from Buenos Aires.

This picturesque and historical town on the Unesco World Heritage site was founded by the Portuguese in 1680. 

The little town shined in all the colours of the autumn, and I it was an easy task to find beautiful pictures.
